I fuse precious metals with precious stones to create beautiful, extravagant jewelry. Making a piece of jewelry is a complex process: I saw the silver parts out according to particular drawings, partly braze them with copper at temperatures up to 800°C (1472°F), trim them, and set them with a cut or raw gem or semiprecious stone. Finally, I polish each unique item to a high gloss.
I lived and worked in the creative region of southwestern Styria for ten years. After giving birth to a daughter and living in Andalusia for some time, I settled down in Styria again in 2003.
