Massala Brass Kollektive
Since 2007, the Graz-based Masala Brass Collective has been offering its own compositions and arrangements of Balkan brass, rock, pop and reggae. A loud repertoire and a contrasting programme to traditional brass music of a somewhat different kind.
Rocky Leon
Rock, reggae, hip-hop and ska – as a one-man band, the Californian-born live looping multi-instrumentalist gets even the most tired feet dancing with his inexhaustible energy and infectiously cheerful charisma.
Joni Madden
The charismatic singer from America started out as a backing singer for Wolfgang Ambros and is now one of the leading figures on the rock and pop scene. Her voice transcends the boundaries of the ordinary.
Die Rosetti Sisters
The groovy combo celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2023. Whether they sing about the rushing Mur, the Caribbean or the borderline legal party the night before, the Graz-based Rosettis sparkle and groove with authentic joie de vivre.
Turtlenecks OEM (original equipment music)
Three friends of BEAT have dedicated themselves to creating their ‘own sound’ and perform as a trio. A unique combination of extravagant groove and feel-good harmonies for dancing or dreaming.
Airtists
A unique musical project that creates an electrifying dance atmosphere with ancient instruments and vocals. Because everyone needs plenty of air, they are called Airtist.
VentoSul
Powerful percussive music forms the foundation for an earthy sound. The 10 to 20-piece ensemble gets the audience and the market square dancing.
